Specialty Doctor - Emergency Medicine (RVH ED, Sep-Oct)

Grayscale Medical is recruiting a Specialty Doctor (Middle Grade) to provide locum Emergency Medicine cover at the Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH) Emergency Department, Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. This is a shift-based locum role at £60/hr assignment rate, with extensive availability across September and October 2026.

The RVH ED is a major trauma centre and one of the busiest Emergency Departments in Northern Ireland. As a middle grade doctor, you will be responsible for leading clinical assessments, managing acute presentations independently, supervising junior staff, and supporting the consultant team during high-acuity periods. Shifts include day cover, late/evening shifts, and overnight on-call, with significant weekend working required.
