Grayscale Medical is recruiting a Core Trainee (SHO) level doctor for a locum night shift in General Medicine at Craigavon Area Hospital, Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This shift covers Wednesday 28th October 2026, 21:00 to 09:30 on 29th October.
As the overnight SHO in General Medicine, you will manage acute medical admissions through the night take, review deteriorating ward patients, respond to nursing escalations, and perform clinical procedures including arterial blood gases, cannulation, and catheterisation. You will work under the supervision of the on-call registrar and consultant, with support from the wider overnight team.
Candidates must hold valid GMC registration with licence to practise, right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, and professional indemnity insurance. SHO/CT-level experience with confidence in overnight acute medicine working is essential.
