Locum Consultant Psychiatrist required at the Southern Health and Social Care Trust, based at the Bluestone Unit on Cloughmore Ward. This is a 4-week assignment at £100/hr assignment rate, commencing immediately.
The successful candidate will provide consultant-level psychiatric cover on Cloughmore Ward within the Mental Health & Disability directorate. The role involves standard weekday hours (09:00–17:00) across the assignment period, providing inpatient psychiatric care, clinical leadership, and multidisciplinary team input. The Bluestone Unit is a community-based mental health facility within the Southern HSC Trust.
Candidates must be on the GMC Specialist Register for Psychiatry (or within 6 months of CCT), hold a valid GMC registration with a licence to practise, have the right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, and professional indemnity insurance. A minimum of 2 professional references is required.
