Grayscale Medical is looking for an ST3+ Specialty Trainee in Obstetrics and Gynaecology for a locum position at Antrim Area Hospital, within the Northern Health and Social Care Trust. This assignment runs from October 2026 to January 2027, with an assignment rate of £60 per hour.
This O&G locum role involves providing registrar-level care across the obstetric and gynaecology departments. You will manage labour ward duties, conduct antenatal and gynaecology clinics, perform operative deliveries and gynaecological procedures, and participate in the on-call rota. Antrim Area Hospital is a major acute site within the Northern Trust, serving a large population with comprehensive maternity and gynaecology services.
Candidates must hold full GMC registration with a licence to practise and be working at or above ST3 level in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. You must have right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, and a minimum of two professional references. Experience in both obstetric and gynaecological emergencies is essential.
