Grayscale Medical is recruiting an FY2-level locum doctor for a Geriatric Medicine assignment at Craigavon Area Hospital, Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This long-term position covers weekday day shifts (09:00–17:00) through October 2026 at a £50/hr assignment rate.
Working within the Medicine and Unscheduled Care directorate, you will manage elderly care inpatients across the CAH Medicine department. Responsibilities include comprehensive geriatric assessments, falls and frailty management, medication reviews, delirium screening, and coordinating safe discharge with the multidisciplinary team. The role involves close collaboration with physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social work, and specialist nursing teams.
Candidates must hold GMC registration with a licence to practise at FY2 level or above, a valid right to work in the UK, current DBS/AccessNI clearance, and at least two professional references. Experience in geriatric medicine, elderly care, or care of the elderly is desirable.
