General Medicine locum doctor position at Southern Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £50–£55/hr assignment rate.
Grayscale Medical is recruiting a Foundation Year 2 Doctor for evening locum shifts in General Medicine at Craigavon Area Hospital, Southern Health and Social Care Trust. Multiple evening shifts (17:00–22:00) are available: 28th, 29th, 30th September and 1st, 9th October 2026.
You will provide evening junior doctor cover for the general medicine department, supporting the medical take and managing ward patients during the out-of-hours transition period. Craigavon Area Hospital is a major acute site within the Southern HSC Trust and the medicine department handles a high volume of acute medical admissions. The role involves clerking new admissions, reviewing sick patients, and liaising with the on-call registrar.
Candidates must hold valid GMC registration with a licence to practise, have a right to work in the UK, and hold current DBS/AccessNI clearance. F2 level experience in general medicine is required. The £50/hr assignment rate applies.
