General Medicine locum doctor position at Southern Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £50–£55/hr assignment rate.
Grayscale Medical is recruiting a Foundation Year 2 Doctor for ad hoc night and long day shifts in General Medicine at Craigavon Area Hospital, Southern Health and Social Care Trust. Multiple shifts are available from October through November 2026.
Night shifts (21:00–09:30): 19th–22nd October (4 consecutive nights), 6th–8th November (3 consecutive nights). Evening shift: 27th November (17:00–21:30). Long day shifts: 28th–29th November (08:30–21:30).
You will provide junior doctor cover for the general medicine department at Craigavon Area Hospital, managing acute medical admissions, reviewing ward patients, and responding to clinical deterioration overnight. The medicine department at Craigavon is a busy acute medical unit handling a wide range of conditions. Night cover involves managing the medical take under registrar supervision.
Candidates must hold valid GMC registration with a licence to practise, have a right to work in the UK, and hold current DBS/AccessNI clearance. F2 level experience in general medicine is required. The £50/hr assignment rate applies.
