ENT locum doctor position at Southern Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £100–£110/hr assignment rate.
Grayscale Medical is seeking an experienced Consultant to provide locum ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) cover at Craigavon Area Hospital within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This assignment covers a block of on-call and 24-hour shifts from 13th to 19th November 2026, supporting the ENT department during a period of staffing need.
The role involves providing consultant-level ENT on-call cover across a mix of overnight and 24-hour shifts. Specific shift patterns include overnight on-call (17:00–08:30) on 13th, 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th November, and 24-hour resident shifts (08:30–08:30) on 14th and 15th November. You will be responsible for managing acute ENT presentations, providing senior clinical decision-making, and supervising junior medical staff as required. The department sits within the Division of Surgery and Clinical Services.
Candidates must hold full GMC registration with a licence to practise and be on the Specialist Register for ENT. You must have the right to work in the UK and hold up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance. Professional indemnity insurance is required prior to placement confirmation.
