Locum Consultant in General Internal Medicine required at Craigavon Area Hospital, Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This is a day shift from 08:30 to 16:30 on Friday 7th November 2026, paying £100/hr assignment rate. Up to 3 candidates required.
The role is within the Division of Medicine and Unscheduled Care, supporting the general medical take and ward-based medicine at Craigavon Area Hospital. You will provide consultant-level cover for the acute general medicine rota, managing medical admissions and inpatients alongside the resident medical team.
Requirements: Consultant grade with relevant experience in General Internal Medicine or Acute Medicine. Valid GMC registration with licence to practise and specialist registration, right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, and minimum 2 professional references.
