Psychiatry locum doctor position at Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £50–£55/hr assignment rate.
Locum Core Trainee required for Psychiatry on-call cover at Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. This is an overnight on-call shift from 17:00 to 09:00 on 26th October, paying £50/hr assignment rate.
This is an on-call from home position covering the Belfast HSC Trust Psychiatry service. Doctors must be within 30 minutes travelling time of the Trust. The on-call covers Mental Health, CAMHS, Learning Disability, and ACOPS services. Encompass training is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will provide psychiatric assessment and management of acute presentations, liaison psychiatry input, and risk assessment. You will work with consultant psychiatrist support available by telephone. Experience in acute psychiatric assessment, Mental Health Order knowledge, and familiarity with Encompass electronic health records is required.
Requirements: Valid GMC registration with licence to practise, right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, minimum 2 professional references, Encompass trained, and ability to be within 30 minutes of Belfast HSC Trust.
