Geriatric Medicine locum doctor position at Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £100–£110/hr assignment rate.
Locum Consultant required for Amputee Medicine at Musgrave Park Hospital, Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. This is a part-time assignment (2 days per week — Tuesday and Wednesday, 09:00–17:00) for an initial period of 2 weeks, at the £100/hr assignment rate.
The successful candidate will provide consultant-level care within the Amputee Rehabilitation service at Musgrave Park Hospital. This specialist role involves the assessment, management, and rehabilitation of patients with limb loss, working alongside a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, prosthetists, and nursing staff.
The trust requires a minimum of 6 months recent UK experience. Desirable criteria include being Encompass-trained. The candidate must hold a fully completed LD1 form and a full documentation pack compliant with the Belfast HSC Trust framework, including BMJ Hyponatraemia and Right Patient Right Blood modules.
Requirements: Valid GMC registration with licence to practise, right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, minimum 2 professional references, 6 months recent UK consultant experience.
