Emergency Medicine locum doctor position at Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £50–£55/hr assignment rate.
Grayscale Medical is recruiting F2/SHO-level doctors for locum shifts in the Emergency Department at the Mater Infirmorum Hospital (MIH), Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. Multiple shifts are available from mid-October through late November 2026, including day shifts (08:00–17:00, 13:00–21:00), evening shifts (14:00–22:00), and overnight shifts (22:00–08:30).
The MIH Emergency Department serves the North Belfast area with a steady flow of acute medical and surgical presentations. As an F2/SHO-level locum, you will be responsible for initial assessment and management of patients, ordering and interpreting investigations, performing core clinical procedures, and liaising with specialty teams for admissions and referrals. The department offers a supportive environment with consultant oversight.
Shifts span weekdays and weekends throughout October and November 2026. Flexible single-shift and multi-shift bookings are available to suit your schedule.
