Cardiology locum doctor position at Northern Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £100–£110/hr assignment rate.
Grayscale Medical is urgently seeking a Consultant Cardiologist for an immediate start locum assignment at Causeway Hospital, part of the Northern Health and Social Care Trust. This role is to cover sickness absence and may become an ongoing position.
Causeway Hospital is located in Coleraine, serving the northern coastal area of Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will provide consultant-level cardiology cover within the medicine department, managing acute cardiology admissions, outpatient clinics, and supporting the general medical on-call rota as required. You will work alongside the existing consultant team and multidisciplinary staff.
Essential requirements include a minimum of 1 year's experience at Cardiology Consultant level, at least 6 months' NHS UK Cardiology Consultant experience, and at least 2 years' general medicine experience. ALS certification and GMC registration are mandatory. Encompass training is desirable. CVs should reference code PCRCG.
This position is offered at the £100/hr assignment rate for Consultant grade locum doctors.
Candidates must hold valid GMC registration with licence to practise, have right to work in the UK, DBS/AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, and a minimum of two professional references.
