Foundation Year 2 – Haematology at Craigavon Area Hospital

Grayscale Medical is recruiting a Foundation Year 2 (FY2) Doctor for the Haematology department at Craigavon Area Hospital, part of Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This is a locum assignment at £50/hr assignment rate covering shifts from 29th to 31st August 2026.

Role Details

You will work within the Pathology division at Craigavon Area Hospital, supporting the Haematology team with clinical duties including ward cover, patient assessments, blood film review support, and management of haematological presentations. Shifts run from 09:00 to 17:00 daily. Craigavon is the main acute site for the Southern Trust, and the Haematology department manages a broad caseload including acute leukaemias, lymphomas, bleeding disorders, and transfusion medicine. This is an unfilled vacancy that requires urgent cover over the bank holiday weekend.
