Locum Foundation Year 2 position in Haematology at Craigavon Area Hospital, Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This is a day shift (09:00–17:00) within the Haematology/Pathology department.

The role involves supporting the haematology team with inpatient reviews, managing patients with haematological conditions including anaemia, thrombocytopenia, coagulopathies, and haematological malignancies. You will review blood results, manage transfusion requirements, assess new referrals, and liaise with the multidisciplinary team. The department is part of the Pathology division within Surgery & Clinical Services.

Craigavon Area Hospital is the main acute hospital for the Southern Health and Social Care Trust, serving a population across Armagh, Dungannon, and Craigavon. The haematology service provides both inpatient and outpatient care.

Requirements: FY2 level or equivalent, valid GMC registration with licence to practise, right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, and professional indemnity insurance.
