Grayscale Medical is seeking a Foundation Year 2 Doctor for locum shifts in Haematology at Craigavon Area Hospital, part of the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This position offers daytime shift cover at £50/hr assignment rate within the Pathology directorate.
The role involves providing FY2-level medical cover in the haematology department across multiple dates in August 2026 (15th, 16th, 29th, 30th, and 31st August), with shifts running 09:00–17:00. You will be supporting the haematology team with inpatient management, ward-based care of haematology patients, blood product prescribing, and liaising with the wider multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain haematology experience in a supportive acute hospital setting.
Requirements include valid GMC registration with a licence to practise, right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, and a minimum of 2 professional references. Candidates at FY2 level or equivalent with an interest in haematology or general medicine are encouraged to apply.
