Oncology locum doctor position at Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £50–£55/hr assignment rate.
Grayscale Medical is seeking an F2/IMT level doctor for a locum assignment in Oncology within the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. This rotation covers December 2026 through to early February 2027, providing essential cover within the oncology department.
The role involves working as part of the oncology medical team, managing inpatient and day-case oncology patients, supporting chemotherapy protocols, attending ward rounds, and managing acute oncological presentations. You will work under consultant supervision with opportunity for exposure to a broad range of solid tumour and haematological malignancies. On-call duties may be required as part of the general medical rota.
Candidates must hold a minimum of F2 or IMT level training with at least 6 months of paid UK clinical experience, as specified by the Belfast HSC Trust. Valid GMC registration with licence to practise, right to work in the UK, and up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance are essential. Previous oncology or acute medicine experience is desirable.
