Locum Foundation Year 2 Doctor required for a day shift in General Medicine at Craigavon Area Hospital, part of the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This position sits within the Department of Medicine and Unscheduled Care, covering the general medical rota.
The shift runs from 08:30 to 17:00 on 20th September 2026. You will be working as part of the medical team providing acute and general medical care to patients across the Craigavon site. Duties include ward rounds, clerking admissions, managing acutely unwell patients, and liaising with senior colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
Candidates must hold Foundation Year 2 (or equivalent SHO-level) registration with the GMC with a licence to practise. You must have the right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, and a minimum of two professional references. Experience in acute or general internal medicine is expected.
