Locum Core Trainee (CT/F2/IMT/ST/GP level) required for a weekend long day shift in General Medicine at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. This shift runs from 08:00 to 21:00 on Saturday 19th September 2026, paying £50/hr assignment rate.
You will be providing medical cover on the acute medical wards at RVH during a weekend long day. Duties include managing the medical take, reviewing acutely unwell patients, managing admissions from the Emergency Department, prescribing, and liaising with on-call senior medical staff. Weekend cover at RVH involves a busy acute medicine workload.
Requirements include valid GMC registration with licence to practise, right to work in the UK, up-to-date AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, and a minimum of 2 professional references. Suitable for doctors at F2, CT, IMT, or ST level with acute medicine experience.
