Locum Core Trainee (CT/F2/IMT/ST/GP level) required for a twilight shift in General Medicine at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. This shift runs from 17:00 to 21:00 on 10th September 2026, paying £50/hr assignment rate.
You will be providing medical cover on the acute medical wards at RVH, one of Northern Ireland's largest teaching hospitals. Duties include reviewing acutely unwell patients, managing admissions from the Emergency Department, prescribing, and liaising with senior medical staff. The RVH Medicine department handles a high volume of acute medical presentations across general and specialty medicine.
Requirements include valid GMC registration with licence to practise, right to work in the UK, up-to-date AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, and a minimum of 2 professional references. Suitable for doctors at F2, CT, IMT, or ST level with acute medicine experience.
