Urology locum doctor position at Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £100–£110/hr assignment rate.
Grayscale Medical is seeking a Consultant Urologist for urgent weekend cover at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. This locum position offers £100/hr assignment rate for two 12-hour shifts on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th July 2026 (8am to 8pm each day).
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting ward rounds on Ward 28 at the Royal Victoria Hospital, followed by on-call duties covering the urology service. You will provide senior clinical decision-making for inpatient urological patients and handle any urgent referrals during the weekend period. At the end of each shift, you will provide a comprehensive handover to the incoming Consultant Urologists.
This role requires a doctor on the GMC Specialist Register for Urology with full registration and licence to practise. You must have the right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, and professional indemnity insurance. Current Encompass training is desirable. A minimum of two professional references are required, with at least one from within the last three months.
