Emergency Medicine locum doctor position at Western Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £60/hr.

Grayscale Medical is recruiting a locum SHO (Foundation Year 2 Doctor) in Emergency Medicine at South West Acute Hospital (SWAH), Enniskillen, for the Western Health and Social Care Trust. This is a shift-based locum role at £60/hr covering June–July 2026, ref SMD106.

SWAH's Emergency Department serves a wide acute catchment area in Fermanagh and West Tyrone. SHO shifts include evening and overnight patterns (e.g. 16:00–02:00, 22:00–06:00) across weekdays and weekends. Candidates must be willing to work the specific shifts advertised and able to fulfil the full requirement.

Minimum requirements: 4 years post-FY1 experience (or equivalent) including at least 18 months in Emergency Medicine. CVs must clearly document specific EM experience with dates — incomplete applications will not be considered. Encompass training is required. AccessNI clearance is mandatory for all locum doctors in Northern Ireland.
