Specialty Trainee - Radiology (Out-of-Hours) - Craigavon Area Hospital

Radiology locum doctor position at Southern Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £60–£70/hr assignment rate.

Locum Specialty Trainee (ST3+) required for an out-of-hours Radiology shift at Craigavon Area Hospital, Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This is an evening shift (17:00–21:00) paying £50/hr assignment rate.

The Radiology department at Craigavon Area Hospital provides out-of-hours emergency imaging cover for the Southern Trust. The locum will be responsible for reporting urgent CT heads, trauma imaging, and acute abdominal films, with consultant backup available by phone. Independent reporting at registrar level is essential.

Requirements:

• GMC registration with licence to practise
• ST3+ level training or equivalent experience in Radiology
• Competence in emergency cross-sectional reporting
• Right to work in the UK
• Up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Minimum 2 professional references
