Paediatrics locum doctor position at Western Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £100–£110/hr assignment rate.
Urgent locum Consultant Paediatrician required at South West Acute Hospital (SWAH), Enniskillen, part of the Western Health and Social Care Trust. This is an initial 1-week assignment at £100/hr assignment rate starting Monday 13th July 2026, with possible extension subject to departmental review.
The role requires an Encompass-trained Consultant to provide paediatric cover at SWAH. You will be responsible for leading the paediatric team, managing acute admissions, and overseeing ward care during the assignment. This is a full-time engagement (Monday to Friday).
Candidates must hold valid GMC registration with licence to practise at Consultant level, have right to work in the UK, current AccessNI clearance, and full compliance documentation. Encompass (the NI electronic health record system) training is essential — candidates without this training will not be considered. The Trust cannot assist with accommodation arrangements.
