Grayscale Medical is recruiting a locum Middle Grade Doctor (ST3+ / Specialty Trainee) in Emergency Medicine at South West Acute Hospital (SWAH), Enniskillen, for the Western Health and Social Care Trust. This is a shift-based locum role at £70/hr covering June–July 2026, ref SMD106.
SWAH's Emergency Department is a busy acute unit serving the Fermanagh and West Tyrone area. Shifts span a range of day, evening, and night patterns (e.g. 14:00–22:00, 16:00–02:00, 22:00–06:00) across weekdays and weekends. Candidates must be prepared to work the full shift requirement and be willing to travel to Enniskillen.
Minimum requirements: 4 years post-FY1 experience (or equivalent), including at least 18 months in an Emergency Department. CVs must clearly detail the specific Emergency Medicine experience and dates of work — applications without this detail will not be considered. Encompass EHR training is required. AccessNI clearance is mandatory for all locum doctors working in Northern Ireland (a DBS check does not suffice).
