Grayscale Medical is seeking a Foundation Year 2 Doctor for locum shifts in Acute Internal Medicine at Craigavon Area Hospital within Southern Health and Social Care Trust. Shifts are available on 25th and 26th July 2026, covering long day patterns (08:30-21:00).
The successful candidate will work within the Medical Assessment Unit (MAU) providing FY2-level medical cover. Duties include clerking acute medical admissions, performing initial assessments, requesting and reviewing investigations, liaising with senior colleagues, and managing ward patients under supervision.
Craigavon Area Hospital is the main acute hospital for the Southern Trust, serving a large catchment area with a busy acute medicine intake. This is an excellent opportunity for an FY2 doctor seeking flexible locum work in acute medicine.
Requirements include valid GMC registration with licence to practise, right to work in the UK, up-to-date AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, and a minimum of 2 professional references.
