General Medicine locum doctor position at Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £60/hr.
Grayscale Medical is recruiting F2, Core Trainees, and Specialty Trainees (F2/CT/ST/GP/IMT grade) for multiple locum General Medicine day shifts at the Mater Infirmorum Hospital (MIH), part of the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. Shifts are available across June and July 2026, covering both General Medicine and Cardiology sub-specialty wards.
The MIH General Medicine department operates a busy acute inpatient service in North Belfast. Day shifts are predominantly 09:00–17:00, with some Cardiology-specific sessions on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. A limited number of F1-gap cover slots are also available to CT/F2/IMT/ST/GP doctors at contracted rates. Available dates include: 24/06, 25/06 (Cardiology), 26/06 (Cardiology), 29/06 (General Med + Cardiology, multiple slots), 30/06, 02/07 (Cardiology), 03/07 (Cardiology, multiple slots), 08/07 (Cardiology), 09/07 (Cardiology), 10/07 (multiple), 14/07, and 26/07.
Candidates must hold F2, CT1–3, IMT, ST, or GP grade, full GMC registration with licence to practise, right to work in the UK, and up-to-date AccessNI clearance. HSC Regional Locum Framework compliance is mandatory before any CV submission.
