Locum Consultant Rheumatologist required at Craigavon Area Hospital within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This is a 3-month assignment at £100/hr assignment rate, providing specialist rheumatology cover within the Medicine & Unscheduled Care directorate.
The successful candidate will deliver consultant-level rheumatology services including outpatient clinics, inpatient consultations, and multidisciplinary musculoskeletal care. The role involves standard weekday hours (09:00–17:00) from October through December 2026. Craigavon Area Hospital is a major acute hospital within the Southern HSC Trust serving the greater Craigavon and Armagh area.
Candidates must hold CCT in Rheumatology and be on the GMC Specialist Register, with valid GMC registration and a licence to practise. Right to work in the UK, up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance, professional indemnity insurance, and a minimum of 2 professional references are required.
