Specialty Trainee (ST3) - ENT - Craigavon Area Hospital

ENT locum doctor position at Southern Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £60–£70/hr assignment rate.

Locum Specialty Trainee (ST3+) required for an overnight ENT on-call shift at Craigavon Area Hospital, Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This is an overnight shift (17:00–08:30) paying £50/hr assignment rate.

The ENT department at Craigavon Area Hospital provides comprehensive otolaryngology services including emergency cover for the Southern Trust. The successful candidate will manage overnight ENT emergencies including epistaxis, airway compromise, peritonsillar abscess drainage, and post-operative complications. The role involves independent decision-making with consultant telephone support available.

Requirements:

• GMC registration with licence to practise
• ST3+ level training or equivalent experience in ENT
• Right to work in the UK
• Up-to-date DBS/AccessNI clearance
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Minimum 2 professional references
• Competence in managing common ENT emergencies independently
