Grayscale Medical is recruiting Locum Emergency Medicine SHO/Core Trainee doctors for full rota lines at Daisy Hill Hospital (DHH), Newry, Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This is a 3-month+ locum EM SHO opportunity covering days, nights, and weekends, with an immediate start. Pay rate is £50–£55/hr assignment rate.
The successful candidate will join the busy Emergency Department at Daisy Hill Hospital, Newry, covering a comprehensive full shift rota including day shifts, evenings, nights, and weekends. DHH serves a wide catchment area across the Southern Trust and provides the full range of emergency care. Doctors will gain valuable acute EM experience across a range of presentations.
Grade: FY2/ST1/ST2/CT1/CT2/SHO. Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months' Emergency Medicine experience — CVs must specifically detail the Emergency Medicine experience and dates of work. Do not apply without this essential criterion.
All doctors must meet the following compliance requirements: AccessNI clearance (DBS does not suffice in Northern Ireland), immediate declaration of any current or previous GMC restrictions, up-to-date CV and references. Candidates must have been contacted in advance, be definitely interested, be willing to come to Northern Ireland, and be able to fulfil the entire 3-month requirement.
