Emergency Medicine locum doctor position at Western Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £70/hr.
The South West Acute Hospital (SWAH) in Enniskillen urgently requires Middle Grade locum doctors for Emergency Medicine cover across multiple shifts in July 2026. This requirement is from the Western Health and Social Care Trust Medical Locum Team under reference SMD110.
Middle Grade shifts available include: 07 July (08:30–20:30, 16:00–02:00, 22:00–06:00), 08 July (16:00–02:00), 10 July (16:00–02:00, 21:00–09:00, 22:00–06:00), 11 July (18:00–02:00, 22:00–09:00), 12 July (08:30–18:30, 18:00–02:00, 22:00–09:00). Locum doctors are asked to commit to multiple shifts where possible. Pay rate is £70/hr via Grayscale Medical.
Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years post-FY1 experience including at least 18 months in an Emergency Department. CVs submitted must clearly detail the specific Emergency Medicine experience with dates — applications not meeting this essential criterion will not be forwarded. Encompass (HSC EPR) training is preferred. AccessNI clearance is mandatory for all locums working in Northern Ireland.
