Emergency Medicine locum doctor position at Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, Northern Ireland — £60/hr.
The Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH) Emergency Department in Belfast requires CT/F2/ST/GP-level locum doctors for multiple shift cover across June and July 2026. This is a requirement from the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust ED Medical Workforce team.
A wide range of shifts are available from 18 June through to late July 2026, covering various patterns including days (08:00–17:00, 08:00–16:00), evenings (14:00–22:00, 16:00–00:00), and overnight slots (22:00–08:30). Key dates include shifts on 18–21 June, 29 June–5 July, 10–19 July, 24–29 July. Locum doctors able to cover multiple shifts are preferred. Pay rate £60/hr.
Also available: shifts at the Mater Infirmary Hospital (MIH) ED for the same grade. Both RVH and MIH are part of the Belfast HSCT unscheduled care network.
Candidates must have demonstrable Emergency Department experience at CT/F2 level or equivalent. Encompass (HSC Electronic Patient Record) training is required. Incomplete CVs will not be forwarded.
